Our fire barriers are already installed in several tunnel projects, and the feedback is clear: this system saves time! Based on information from several customers, it is possible to install 2-3 fire barriers per 12-hour shift in a T9.5 tunnel.
The fire barriers are delivered as a complete construction kit based on scans of the tunnel vault, and each module is marked with a number for easy assembly in the correct order.
This eliminates the need for extensive casting work and custom construction on site. Weighing 18kg per m2, they are easy to handle, ensuring HSE in the workplace.
